Milestones of a story of success

In 1996 the sisters Marion and Bettina Würth founded marbet as an independent service provider of the Würth-Holding. At first, the company had organised incentives, events and trips exclusively for the Würth-Holding, but already three years later it was commissioned by customers outside the Würth-Holding to a greater extent. The business field of travel developed out of the organisation of business and group tours; a bonus programme was developed in the field of incentives in 1999 and in 2005 the product benefit was introduced additionally on the market.

In 2003 group companies were established in Italy and Spain; in 2007 marbet established on the Swiss market by opening a branch.

Ten years after its foundation marbet was integrated as a subsidiary in the Würth-Holding. In the very same year, the agency became a member of the business association FME-Forum Marketing Event Agencies. At present, marbet belongs to the TOP 15 of the event sector in Germany.
